Today we got the paperwork which officially makes Stone Toaster Media LLC a legal entity, or whatever lawyers call it. Personally, I think “Legal Entity” sounds like something Dr. Who would eventually end up fighting, but I digress. The point is, it all starts today! 2-13-19.
I’m going to play those numbers in some lottery sometime and see what happens.
I spent the morning walking through a frozen county forest preserve. The ice was all over the trees like they’d been coated in clear glass, and I decided I needed to take some pictures of it. When God gives you a beautiful day, sometimes you need to get away from the computer for a few hours and be out in it. It was somewhere around 20 degrees and beautifully sunny.
This is the river I kayak on when it’s warm out. Today there were large chunks of ice drifting downstream in a never ending parade. Icicles hung from the bridge like Christmas lights. It was cold, and the snow crunched and creaked as I walked. It was beautiful.
It’s been a good day. Finding out that today is Stone Toaster Media LLC’s birthday was a good way to end it. It occurred to me that 13 was the year my daughter was born, so maybe 13 is a lucky number for me. Maybe not luck- but a number I can associate with being blessed. That works for me.
